According to old recipes “every sauce should be cooked at least for half an hour”. ALEVA Dill Sauce is prepared much more quickly and very simply: pour the content of the bag into 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of preheated oil. Fry briefly, while stirring. Gradually add 300 ml of tepid water. From boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes, while constantly stirring. One pack makes 3-4 servings (300 ml) of sauce.
The prepared dish has the pleasant taste and aroma characteristic for dill.
We recommend dill sauce with cooked beef; usually the sauce is served with cooked potatoes, sometimes mashed potatoes.
