According to old recipes “every sauce should be cooked at least for half an hour”. ALEVA Red Wine Sauce is prepared much more quickly and very simply: pour the content of the bag into 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of preheated oil. Fry briefly, while stirring. Gradually add 300 ml of tepid water. From boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes, while constantly stirring. One pack makes 3-4 servings (300 ml) of sauce. A high content of well matched vegetables (11%), seasonings (7%) and red wine powder gives the dish with a piquant, pleasant taste and aroma. We recommend red wine sauce with various baked meats.
